along, enjoy a free glass of wine, get in the festive
mood and sample some of the delicious Christmas Fayre
available in our country shop throughout the Festive Season.
Delicious jams and chutneys, snacks, biscuits and cheeses,
oatcakes and shortbreads, Belgian chocolates, wines and
liquers and much, much more. There's a gift for everybody
in the Pot-A-Doodle Do Country Shop.

Emma's Home made ready to cook Steak Pies have
been a huge hit with our customers who regularly come
back with orders time and time again. Made with local
beef these pies are great for busy mum's just to pop in
the oven for tea.
Quick Quiche - another very popular idea. If you
fancy a Quiche for tea then order one whilst you are having
your lunch - you pick your filling and Emma will have
it made for you by the time you are ready to leave. Couldn't
be easier! |

RESTAURANT

 In
the licensed Restaurant we have moved into Autumn/Winter
Mode and from 14th October we will have our "Hot Daily
Specials" on the Menu once again. Emma will once again
be cooking up her delicious home-made Steak Pies, her
tasty Fisherman's Pie, Chicken Casseroles, Good Old Shepherds
Pie and much more.
Sunday Lunches at Pot a Doodle Do are becoming
more and more popular with our traditional "Local Roast
Beef" and Yorkshire Pudding followed by a selection of
mouth watering sweets, including Emma's own Home-made
Bramley Apple Pie topped with lashings of fresh cream
or delicious Sticky Toffee Pudding served with Doddington
Dairy Ice Cream. A glass of wine with all this delicious
food is an absolute must - spoil yourself, after all it
is Sunday! From 1st November 2002 if you spend £5.50 or
more in the Art Centre and Mum and Dad have lunch in the
restaurant then the kids eat absolutely free!
If it's a snack lunch you are looking for what about a
"Panini". They have proved to be a very popular
choice for lunch at Pot a Doodle Do so please do come
along and give them a try. There's nothing nicer than
a lovely warm Panini served with the filling of your choice
-  Roast
Gammon Ham with pineapple, Roast Beef and Grain Mustard,
Tune and Cheese Melt and many more. There's always lots
of home-baking in the restaurant to tempt you -
delicious and indulgent especially with a cappuccino or
latte.
Pensioners' Special Day is Wednesday.
