PLAY AREA
Let the children have a rest from their art project and enjoy some fresh air in the grassy play area with swings. Totally enclosed and safe whilst the grown ups enjoy some quality time having a quiet coffee in the restaurant.

QUAD BIKE TREKKING
The on-site quad bike trails provide a unique way to see the unspoilt Northumbrian countryside as well as seeing a working farm first hand. Open to everyone from ages 8 years and upwards all treks are fully supervised by your Quad Leader.  This is one of our most popular activities so prior booking is strongly recommended. Book at least 1 day in advance to guarantee your place and avoid disappointment.Please telephone 01289 307107 to book.

FISHING
Relax at our fishing lake and catch some trout for tea. The two acre lake is fully stocked with rainbow trout from 1 1/2 lb to 6lb. Fishing is designed to suit die hard enthusiasts and novices.

Fishing off platforms at the side of the lake ensures sure footing for younger fishers. Experienced fisherman can use fly and the more inexperienced can fish with float and bait. Fishing tackle can be hired on the day and bait can be bought in the shop. Booking is advisable to ensure your tackle is ready and available on the day.

 

WALKS ON THE WILDSIDE
Come to Pot-a-Doodle Do and use it as a base to walk in the countryside. Wonderful rural walks in an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty on a National Nature Reserve.All walks are designed to start and finish at the centre so why not drop in and pick up an easy to read map of the walk of your choice. The maps are located in the restaurant so come along and pick a map and relax and study it over a cup of coffee before setting out.

BEACH WALKS
Explore nearby Cocklawburn Beach on Northumberland's fabulous golden coast and collect shells, pebbles.
